La Municipalidad de Rivadavia informa que en el día de la fecha se puso en marcha el Plan de Mejoramiento Lumínico, mediante el cual se remplazará la luminaria actual por luminaria led en diferentes zonas del Departamento.
En esta primera etapa se comenzó por el Barrio Aramburu, donde se colocarán lámparas led de 120 watts en calles internas, y de 150 watts en avenidas principales. Se continuará trabajando progresivamente en diferentes barrios y villas de Rivadavia.
Este plan tiene como objetivo el mejoramiento del alumbrado público para brindar mayor seguridad a los vecinos. Además se encuentra incluido dentro del programa Barrios Saludables, ya que por sus características resulta amigable con el medio ambiente.
