Siendo las 22:30 horas del día domingo 13 de junio en Jurisdicción de Comisaria.17 en Infracción al DNU nacional se procede en Calle Alem, Villa El Salvador, Departamento Chimbas, lugar donde se estaba llevando a cabo un evento (fiesta) de unas 20 personas aproximadamente. Personal policial se constituyó en la vivienda, donde al observar la presencia de los mismos, las personas allí, se intentan dar a la fuga. Los efectivos intervinientes logran entrevistar y notificar de la infracción a la Sra. Oyola Celeste de 24 años, propietaria del inmueble y ademas se notificó a 6 (seis) personas, todos mayores de edad (2 sexo femenino y 4 sexo masculino), todos por Inf. a los arts. 98°, 117°, 109° y 162 ° inc «L» de la ley 941 -R a Disposición del Segundo Juzgado de Faltas.
