El fiscal federal Federico Delgado presentó ante el juez Sebastián Casanello un video de un encuentro en 2013 entre Cristina Kirchner y el CEO de la constructora Odebrecht, Marcelo Odebrecht (hoy detenido), en la causa donde se investiga si el coloso brasileño pagó coimas para obtener licitaciones. Las imágenes que halló Delgado estaban en YouTube y corresponden a un encuentro ocurrido el 31 de julio de 2013, según dijo en un escrito que acompañó. El fiscal señaló que el contenido de ese breve video coincide con lo que surge del Registro de Audiencias de la Presidencia de la Nación. Para Delgado, la imagen «en sí misma no revela demasiado, pero constituye un indicio más».
